   DEFEAT YOURSELF 

To get out of the hands of Death (Azrael)
you should be brave to cheer for yourself 
tearing the ropes of death over your body ,
freeing your body ,freeing your soul .

To walk out of the prison of failure ,
you should be frank to tell yourself .
walking into the thick forest ,
listening to the cry of nature .

To stand up from the muddy mountain path ,
you should be courageous to purify  yourself ,
bathing in the sun of colors ,
washing away darkness from your heart inside .

To enjoy the sea of clouds ,
you should climb the mountain .
To enjoy the sunshine ,
you should cross the sea of soul .
