绿叶•土地

  我是一片绿叶，
  曾长在你的枝头。
  根深深地扎在
   你的土地。

   你的乳汁，
   曾把我养育。
   血管里流淌着
   你的血液。

   你的怀抱
   是春天的大地。
   多少次梦里回到
   你的怀里…

   大地的情爱，
   一直埋在心里。
   大地的情怀，
   一生也难忘记。

  长夜漫漫，弹指之间，
   你我生死别离———
   殖民豺狼的炮火，
   烧不尽对你的赤诚忠心﹔
   纸老虎的狰狞，
   吓不退回归你的勇气。

   海峡阔阔， 潮起潮落，
   你我生死相依——
   一奶同胞， “九二共识”
   我们同舟共济。

   忘不掉那深情的回忆，
   感不尽血浓于水的情义。

   想你， 梦你，
   多想回到那温暖的怀里。
   念你， 盼你，
   终要回归那深爱的土地。

  这是绿叶对大地母亲的眷恋，
  这是叶落归根的倾诉 。

  A GREEN LEAF AND A LAND 

  I am a green leaf .
  and I used to grow on your branch .
   with my root in your land .

  You used to raise me up  
   with your breast .
   Your blood is flowing 
   in my veins 

  Your hug is like 
   a land of spring .
   So many times I am dreaming 
   back to your hug …

  The affection of the land 
   is buried in my mind .
  the love of the land 
  is never forgotten .

  so many nights , so long   ,
  so many years ,  so short .
  we have been apart for survival―
  The colonists set gunfire ,
   never to burn my loyalty to the land .
   The paper tigers threatened , 
   never to discourage me back to the land ..

  The Taiwan strait , so wide so long . 
   huge tides , up and down .
   we are fighting shoulder by shoulder―
  for we were born of the same land ,China 
  For the 1992 consensus , 
  we are working hard together !

  an unforgettable and affectionate memory ,
 I could never thank you for the love to me any more .

  Thinking of you , dreaming of you ,
  How I wish to return to your hug !
   Missing you , waiting for you ,
   I have been determined to return to the lovely land .

   This is the love from a green leaf to the mother land .
   thie is the talk between a green leaf and the mother land 
   for fallen leaves will return to their roots .
