My sweat drips and irrigates the greens of my country

My sweat joins the rivers of my homeland

My homeland, my love is humble

But my humble love is my true love for you –

It’s upright, unselfish, and pure

To love nation is to hold the plough tip tightly

To love country is to repeat the years of farming

Patriotism is to produce more food for my homeland

My motherland, I’m a farmer, living on this earth of yours
